  • I am a new user, how do I start?
    If this is your first time creating your candidate profile on our website, please follow these steps:
    1. Enter your e-mail address in the space provided;
    2. Click on the "Create profile" button, and the profile page will appear;
    3. Fill out the "Profile page".
    Your profile will be saved and a password will automatically be sent to your e-mail address.
    The next time you will log on, you will be able to change your password.

  • I receive "Invalid password", what can I do?
    If you are trying to log on to your profile and you are receiving the message "Invalid password", please follow these steps:
    1. In the "Returning user" section, enter your e-mail address in the field provided;
    2. Click on "Forgot your password?" and follow the instructions;
    3. Your password will be sent to your e-mail address.
    If you are still experiencing problems, try typing the password rather than copying and pasting it from the e-mail that was sent to you. Sometimes an extra space can be copied by mistake which will render your password invalid.
    Other possibilities:
    • Enable your cookies;
    • Delete your cookies;
    • Update your browser to the latest version of Internet Explorer or Firefox;
    • Ensure the date and time on your computer are accurate.

  • The site freezes or I receive a "script error", what are the causes?
    The causes may be the following:
    1. You might be using an old version of Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox (click on the links provided below to download the most recent version of either browser):
      1. Internet Explorer: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/search.asp
      2. Firefox: http://www.mozilla.com
    2. Your cookies may not be enabled or not set to medium security

  • Why did I create a profile and have not received my password yet?
    Causes may be:
    1. An error occurred when entering your e-mail address;
    2. Your e-mail server was down at the time the password was e-mailed;
    3. Your e-mail inbox was full and could not receive this e-mail.

  • How can I upload my resume?
    In order to upload your resume to be part of your profile, please follow these steps:
    1. In "My profile" section, click on "To upload your latest resume in MS Word format, please click here" to upload your resume;
    2. Click on "Browse" to find your resume;
    3. Click on "Open" and your resume title will appear in the field next to the "Browse" button;
    4. Click on "Upload" and you're done! You will see a message confirming that your resume has been saved. Close the window.

  • Do I need to create a profile to apply for a job?
    Yes, you need to create a profile to apply for jobs on our website. To create your profile, please follow these steps:
    • Click on "Login";
    • Enter your e-mail address, and click on "My profile" button. You will be provided a quick form to fill out;
    • Fill in this form and save your profile. Your password will be e-mailed to you.
    You can use this password to access your profile at any time to apply for jobs online.

  • Do I need to apply for a job to create a profile?
    Yes, you do not need to apply for a specific job in order to create a profile.
    • Once you are on the "Job offers" page, click on "My profile" button, and you will be brought to the log-on page;
    • Follow the steps for creating or updating your profile.
    Your profile will be saved in the system. As recruiters perform searches on the database, they will immediately have access to your profile.

  • How can I cancel my profile?
    We deactivate profiles rather than cancel them, in the event that you wish to search a job in the future. You can deactivate your profile so that the recruiters know you are not looking for a position.
    1. Log on to your profile.
    2. Change your status from "active" to "inactive".
    3. Save your profile.
